Partner Program

Welcome to the Plixo partner ecosystem. Approved firms earn 10% of first-year ACV on every activated customer, and unlock 15% in any quarter where they flip three or more logos. The portal gives you real-time telemetry plus payout tracking (net of Stripe Connect fees) so you always know what is owed.

How to apply

  1. Visit https://partner.plixo.ai.
  2. Sign in with your Plixo partner identity (Clerk-hosted MFA is enabled). The Clerk screen hides the generic "Sign up" CTA and instead shows an Apply to the program link that jumps to /partner-portal#apply. If you still need help, click "Continue to sign in" and follow the forgot-password flow or contact partners@plixo.ai.
  3. Review the dashboard introduction, then complete the three-step application form:
    • Company info - business details and primary contact. Name and phone are required so finance knows who is accountable.
    • Coverage & model - verticals, regions, and how you co-sell.
    • Tax docs - upload W-9/W-8 PDFs directly in the portal and acknowledge the compliance checklist.
  4. Applications auto-save locally while you type; you'll receive a tracking ID once submitted. Check status anytime from the form or via the confirmation email.
  5. We review within two business days and send activation steps if approved.

Tracking referrals

While invite-only access rolls out, you can preview stats by appending your referral code to the portal URL:

The referral dashboard surfaces totals, pending vs. won logos, recent activity, and incentive progress. Use the built-in referral link manager to create campaign-specific URLs, or generate API tokens if you prefer to push leads server-to-server.

Submitting leads

Inside the portal you can manually register prospects:

  • Provide the lead's email, required company/primary-contact details, and attach up to three supporting files (PDFs, screenshots, etc.).
  • Files are stored securely and visible to the Alliances team for attribution reviews.
  • API tokens can post to /api/partner/referrals/manual using the x-partner-token header when you prefer direct CRM automation.

Payout visibility

  • The payout ledger lists every commission line with hold, payable, or paid status plus download links, and shows whether the base 10% or bonus 15% rate applied.
  • Monthly statements aggregate totals per month and export to CSV (one click).
  • The tax center hosts W-9/W-8 uploads, expiry reminders, and compliance acknowledgements-keep these current to avoid payout holds.
  • Notification preferences let you choose email and/or in-app alerts when payouts move from hold -> paid.
  • Stripe Connect handles ACH disbursements; associated fees are deducted from your affiliate share (we show the net amount inside the ledger/statement).

Support & enablement

  • Use the embedded ticket form (Support & Enablement panel) to reach alliances@plixo.ai without leaving the portal.
  • Join weekly office hours (linked inside the same panel) for live deal reviews.
  • Asset library cards provide the latest decks, co-brand templates, and ROI calculators; the docs site (/docs) mirrors the content under Getting Started -> Partner Program.
  • The Partner FAQ card inside the portal (Resources section) summarizes commissions, Stripe fees, payout timelines, and registration steps with a link back to this doc for deeper detail.

Best practices

  • Share the referral link shown on your dashboard; customers entering checkout with that code are automatically attributed.
  • Keep tax documents current to avoid payout holds.
  • Track your quarterly win counter-three logos per quarter keep you at the 15% tier.
  • Reach out to alliances@plixo.ai if you need to dispute attribution or request new campaign codes.
  • When your application is reviewed, the portal and accompanying email will show whether it's pending, needs more info, approved, or rejected.

Partner FAQ

  • How are commissions calculated? You earn 10% of first-year ACV on collected revenue, or 15% in any quarter where you flip three or more logos.
  • When do payouts release? Commissions stay in a 30-day clearing window after cash is collected, then Stripe Connect pushes the transfer automatically.
  • Who pays Stripe Connect fees? Partners do. We show the net amount (after Stripe fees and tax holds) inside the ledger and monthly statements.
  • Can two partners claim the same lead? First-attribution wins unless the Alliances team overrides it with supporting evidence in the referral log.
  • Where can I find enablement assets? Use the asset library in the portal or visit /docs/enablement/partner-kit for the latest decks and one-pagers.
  • Is the FAQ available inside the portal? Yes-open the Partner FAQ card in the Resources section for a quick reference while you are working leads.
