- Search for your account under Accounts -> Account 360 to view open invoices, promise status, and recent communications.
- Review internal notes from A/R, CSM, or Legal to avoid duplicate outreach.
- Send relationship-safe nudges.
- Use the Nudge button to send a pre-approved reminder that references the latest invoice and pay link.
- Nudges respect quiet hours and never override Autopilot sequencing; the A/R team is notified when you send one.
- Understand access boundaries.
- Sales can view but not edit cadences, segments, or policies. Use comments to suggest tone changes instead of editing templates directly.
- If a customer promises payment or disputes a charge, notify the Operator so the official record is updated.
