Step-by-step

  1. Check Account 360 before outreach.
    • Search for your account under Accounts -> Account 360 to view open invoices, promise status, and recent communications.
    • Review internal notes from A/R, CSM, or Legal to avoid duplicate outreach.
  2. Send relationship-safe nudges.
    • Use the Nudge button to send a pre-approved reminder that references the latest invoice and pay link.
    • Nudges respect quiet hours and never override Autopilot sequencing; the A/R team is notified when you send one.
  3. Understand access boundaries.
    • Sales can view but not edit cadences, segments, or policies. Use comments to suggest tone changes instead of editing templates directly.
    • If a customer promises payment or disputes a charge, notify the Operator so the official record is updated.

Success checks

  • Sales nudges are logged in Account 360 with positive payer responses.
  • No conflicts occur between Sales outreach and Autopilot messaging.
  • Account health insights feed renewal conversations with up-to-date payment posture.

Common pitfalls

  • Emailing outside Plixo. Use the nudge workflow to keep history centralized and comply with quiet hours.
  • Overstepping role boundaries. Request policy changes from the Controller rather than editing templates yourself.
  • Ignoring dispute flags. Loop in Legal or the Operator when disputes appear so resolution stays on track.
