Upload Your Settlement Reports
Last Updated: 2025-12-04 15:30 UTC
Why This Matters
After you file disputes with retailers, they'll resolve your claims over the next 30-90 days. Some will be approved (you win), some will be denied (you lose), and some will be partially approved.
We need to know the outcome so we can:
- Track your wins and calculate your recovery rate
- Invoice you correctly (we only charge on actual recoveries)
- Show you which retailers and claim types have the best results
What to Upload
Retailers provide settlement or remittance reports that show which claims were paid. Here's where to find them:
Amazon Vendor Central: Go to Payments → Statements → Operational Performance, then download for the date range covering your disputes.
Walmart Retail Link: Go to Financial → Deduction Status, filter by "Resolved" status, then export.
Target Partners Online: Go to Financials → Claims Settlement, then export.
How to Upload
- Go to app.plixo.ai/sniper/ingest
- Find the "Settlement Report" section
- Click "Upload" and select your file
- We'll automatically match the results to your filed claims
After uploading, you'll see a summary showing how many claims were won, lost, or partially recovered.
How Often Should I Upload?
We recommend monthly. Most retailers process disputes in 30-90 day cycles, so checking once a month after your statement closes is usually enough.
Set a reminder for the first of each month to export and upload your latest settlement data.
What Happens If I Don't Upload?
We'll send you reminder emails:
- Day 45: Friendly reminder that some claims may have resolved
- Day 52: Second reminder
- Day 60: We'll pause dispute packet generation until you upload
This pause isn't a penalty — we just need accurate data to calculate your fees and show you your true win rate. Upload your settlement report anytime to restore full access.
Partial Recoveries
Sometimes retailers approve a claim but credit less than the full amount. When this happens:
- We mark the claim as "Partially Won"
- We only charge 25% of what you actually received
- You never pay based on the original claim amount
Example: You filed a $1,000 claim. The retailer credits $800. Your fee is 25% × $800 = $200.
After You Upload
Once we process your settlement report:
- Your dashboard updates with the latest win/loss data
- Fees are automatically calculated — for every won or partially-won claim, we calculate your fee (25% of recovery) and add it to your pending invoice queue
- You'll receive a monthly invoice (usually around the 1st of the following month)
- Pay via ACH or credit card through Stripe
Note: You can see your pending fees anytime in the dashboard. We only invoice you once a month, so fees from multiple settlements get combined into a single invoice.
See Billing FAQ for more details on invoicing.
