Sniper Service Agreement

Overview

Before generating dispute packets, you'll sign our contingency agreement. This page explains the key terms in plain English.

The core deal: We recover your money. You pay 25% of what we win. No recovery = no fee.


Signing the Agreement

How It Works

  1. Go to /sniper/contract
  2. Read the terms
  3. Check the acceptance box
  4. Type your full legal name
  5. Click Accept & Continue

What Happens After Signing

  • Agreement is recorded with timestamp and IP address
  • PDF receipt is emailed to you
  • Dispute packet generation is unlocked
  • You're ready to start recovering money

Key Terms Explained

Fee Structure

Term Details
Fee Rate 25% of recovered funds
Basis Actual recovery, not claimed amount
Timing Invoiced monthly after recovery confirmed

Example:

  • You file a $10,000 shortage claim
  • Retailer credits $8,000 (partial recovery)
  • Your fee: 25% × $8,000 = $2,000
  • NOT: 25% × $10,000

What We DON'T Charge For

  • ✗ Claims we analyze but don't file
  • ✗ Claims that are rejected
  • ✗ Claims that expire
  • ✗ Setup or onboarding
  • ✗ Monthly subscription

Payment Terms

Term Details
Invoice Timing Monthly, for previous month's recoveries
Due Date Net 30 from invoice date
Payment Methods ACH (preferred), Credit Card
Late Fee 1.5% per month after 30 days

How Invoicing Works

  1. You upload resolution data showing claims were paid
  2. We calculate fees on confirmed recoveries
  3. Invoice sent via Stripe with line-item detail
  4. You pay via ACH or card
  5. Stripe sends receipt and confirmation

Your Obligations

Provide Settlement Reports

You agree to:

  • Upload resolution/settlement CSVs within 15 days of receipt
  • Keep Sniper updated with claim outcomes
  • Not withhold recovery data

Why? We can only invoice on confirmed recoveries. If we don't know you got paid, we can't calculate your fee.

What If I Forget to Upload?

We'll send reminders:

Day Action
Day 45 Friendly reminder email
Day 52 Second reminder
Day 60 Service pause until you upload

After 60 days without a resolution upload, we temporarily pause dispute packet generation. Upload anytime to restore access.


Audit Rights

We reserve the right to verify recovery data:

"Upon reasonable request, Client shall provide Plixo with read-only access to Client's Retailer portal(s) for the sole purpose of verifying claim outcomes."

In practice: We trust your CSV uploads. We only invoke this if something looks off.


Term and Termination

Duration

  • Month-to-month — No long-term commitment
  • Cancel anytime — 30 days written notice

After Cancellation

  • Fees still apply for disputes filed before cancellation
  • If a claim you filed wins after you cancel, you still pay 25%
  • We'll send final invoice for any pending recoveries

Limitation of Liability

What We're NOT Responsible For

  • Rejected disputes (we can't guarantee wins)
  • Retailer policy changes
  • Expired claims (you control filing deadlines)
  • Lost evidence or data you don't provide

Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.


Data and Security

What We Access

  • Deduction CSVs you upload
  • Shipment records you provide
  • Resolution/settlement reports

What We DON'T Access

  • Your retailer portal credentials (unless you grant access)
  • Your ERP systems (CSV upload only)
  • Payment or banking information (Stripe handles billing)

Data Protection

  • Data encrypted at rest and in transit
  • SOC-2 Type II compliance in progress
  • No sharing with third parties

Common Questions

Can I negotiate the fee rate?

The standard rate is 25%. Contact sales@plixo.ai for enterprise volume discussions.

What if the retailer overpays?

You keep it! We only charge on the original claim amount, not overpayments.

Can I cancel mid-dispute?

Yes, but fees still apply for disputes already filed. We'll invoice when they resolve.

Is this legally binding?

Yes. The checkbox + typed name format is a legally valid clickwrap agreement, recognized in all US states.

Where can I get a copy?

After signing, a PDF receipt is emailed to you and stored in your account.
